The large and growing community of carriers, ISPs, Internet Exchanges and other companies located in EvoSwitch help you achieve the best possible deals on leased lines, IP-transit, peering arrangements and physical cabling.
- In-house cabling
EvoSwitch include areas that enable telecommunications providers to extend their services to customers in the building. Direct fiber, copper and UTP connections to the carrier, ISP, Internet Exchange or other EvoSwitch customers run via Meet Me Rooms to the destinations you need. EvoSwitch administers all cables and patches and provides support to resolve any connectivity problems.
24/7 Support
EvoSwitch technicians provide valuable support services from scheduled routine procedures to rapid response. Scheduled procedures include power cycling, tape changing, equipment installations, network management or administration. Remote Hands rapid response service can be used by customers to carry out on-site tasks 24/7. EvoSwitch incorporates monitoring and reporting tools to protect systems 24/7.
